Fastener Thread Design:
With its over-sized ½” diameter and double-lead threads, the PanelMate Insert drives in quickly.
Internal Threads:
Deeply tapped ¼-20 threads allow for expanded adjustability.
Internal Hex Drive:
The 5/16” internal hex drive provides strong, positive driver-bit engagement.
Special Head Style:
A flat head profile with self-cutting serrations easily counter-sinks to seat flush in stucco or other cementuous materials.

Tremendous corrosion resistance for long-term fastener performance.
Nylon Locking Patch:
Locking patch helps lock the PanelMate Insert in place.
Ease of Installation:
- Pre-drill pilot hole with 7/16” ANSI masonry drill.
- Drive in the PanelMate Insert until it seats flush.
No special drill bits or drive tools required!

Carbon Steel that is case hardened for dependable thread tapping.

*1 Testing was done with pilot hole drilled using corded rotary hammer & 7/16” SDS masonry drill bit.
*2. Testing was done with pilot hole drilled using corded rotary hammer & 7/16” SDS bit. Considerable spalling of block’s
wall occurred due to significant percussion developed by the rotary hammer drill.
*3. Testing was done with pilot hole drilled using corded hammer drill & 7/16” carbide tipped masonry drill bit (not SDS bit). This procedure
resulted in significantly less spalling of block’s wall.
Note: These test values were achieved in laboratory conditions. Appropriate safety factors should be applied for design purposes.
