Installation Video
Installing a 1/4" (four inches) x 4" (four inches) Split Drive Flat Zinc Plated
  1. Drill a 1/4" hole into the concrete using a carbide-tipped bit that meets ANSI Standards B212.15.
  2. Drill the hole a 1/2" deeper than the anchor will penetrate the concrete, making sure the minimum embedment requirements of 1-1/8" is met.
  3. The hole can be drilled while the fixture is in place. The minimum hole in the fixture for the 1/4" (four inches) x 4" (four inches) Split Drive Flat Zinc Plated is 3/8".
  4. Clean the hole with a wire brush, vacuum, compressed air, or a blow-out bulb.
  5. Insert the 1/4" (four inches) x 4" (four inches) Split Drive Flat Zinc Plated through the material to be fastened and into the hole, ensuring that the bottom of the head is sitting flush with the fixture plate.
  6. Hammer the anchor until the head of the anchor is tight against the item being fastened.
  7. Always use proper personal protective equipment per manufacturer's and OSHA instructions.

“Great value”
Go to fastner for concrete
01/10/2019 by Steven P. (United States)
“Always used the 3" version, but bought 4" so when I'm attaching to questionable surfaces (limestone foundations...) have the extra inch of engagement to find solid material. Great product. Use when ever I need to attach anything to concrete, brick, stone... I've used a variety or products in the past and this is the fastest and easiest way to attach to concrete. Once it's driven in it's permanent. Great price and service from concrete fastening.”
