Installation Instructions:
Substrate Requirements
- The NB3CC fastener must be installed into a solid substrate that meets the project engineer’s specifications.
- Approved substrate: Concrete

Layout & Predrilling
- Mark out NB3CC fasteners to the desired attachment locations on the already waterproofed or membraned surface.
- Predrill marked locations using: ½” x 3.25” long drill bit.

Hole cleaning: Insert the nozzle of an air compressor or air pump to the bottom of the hole and blow out debris. Repeat twice.

Waterproofing-Sealing
- Apply sealant in and around predrilled hole according to roofing manufactures compatibility guidelines

Installation & Attachment
- Drive the NB3CC into the predrilled hole using a 5/16” allen key bit until the flange compresses directly on the waterproofed or membraned surface creating a gasket seal.
- Bolt the attachment into the internal threaded port on the NB3CC with ¼”-20 bolt using a hand tool only
- Ensure bolt is fully seated in the port without bottoming out
- Do not use power tools for final tightening of attachment.
